Why do item titles end with a number?
The great thing about shopping with us is you get to see what you are buying before you are buying. With us we show detailed pictures of the item, so you know exactly what you are getting. The numbers are to help us reference exactly what title and condition you’ve selected to purchase
What if the item just has a stock photo and not detailed photos?
Please click on the listing for more details. It’ll include details such as “Cartridge Only”, “Disc only”, etc. Feel free to email us on our “Contact Us” page or at jsvgsales@gmail.com to request detailed photos.
When will my order be shipped?
Unless noted otherwise, we ship all items within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will receive a notification of any delay or cancellation of your order in the event the item is damaged or out of stock (which is rare). All orders will have valid tracking numbers to easily track your order while in transit.
What is your return policy if an item doesn’t work?
You have 30 days to request a return or report an issue with your purchase. Returns/refunds are only accepted for defective/damaged items upon receipt. We will troubleshoot and provide labels for exchange or replacement. If none of these options are possible, a return shipping label will be provided, and a refund will be issued upon inspection.
